The concert is free to attend and audience refreshments will be available.

Locals are invited to join Uttoxeter Town Band as they celebrate the group’s 30th anniversary with a performance at St Mary’s Church, Uttoxeter, on Friday 6 November.
The audience can look forward to a real mix of music on the night – definitely something for everyone! In particular, the programme will feature music from the much-loved film Brassed Off, which is also 30 years old this year. And because the concert will take place on the eve of Remembrance weekend, the band will also feature music honouring this national commemoration, as it has done since 1996.
Uttoxeter Town Band has long been at the heart of the town’s events, celebrations and commemorations and draws local amateur brass players of all ages and backgrounds. Rehearsing once a week and performing locally and nationally, the band is thriving, welcoming new players and producing a top-notch sound that just this year was recognised and rewarded by judges at the prestigious Saddleworth & Oldham Whit Friday Band Contest.
Joining the band on 6 November will be The Heath Belles. Taking inspiration from girl groups past and present, this ‘baker’s dozen’ of local amateur singers loves to entertain with a nostalgic take on the close harmony style of singing of decades gone by.
After their sell out ‘Evening with…’ concert in the Summer, the Belles, who appear regularly at the National Memorial Arboretum, are looking forward to sharing new songs from their jukebox collection and guarantee to have you singing, jiving and grooving your way through the decades!
The concert is free to attend. Audience refreshments will be available, and a raffle will take place.
